Help Identifying parts form a kit

I bought a kit with assortment of discrete components. Could you help identifying the following two.?

I’m sorry, but I’m not finding anything on these part markings.
Does the kit have any infomation on them, like a description, part number, or anything on them?

There were no marking on the package containing the above parts

I checked on the manufactures’ website, and they list the contents of the kit as:

  • 25x NPN Transistor - 2N3904
  • 25x PNP Transistor - 2N3906
  • 10x N-channel MOSFET - 5LN01SP
  • 10x P-Channel MOSFET - 5LP01SP
  • 20x Silicon Diode - 1N4148
  • 20x Power Diode - 1N4004
  • 5x Voltage Reference - TL431A
  • 5x Voltage Regulator - LM317LZ
    So the picture shows you should of received 10 of each, so it should be the N-Channel Mosfet 5LN01SP, and the P-Channel Mosfet 5LP01SP.
    You may have to test them to see which is the N-Channel, and which is the P-Channel.

I found datasheets on-line. The 5LN01SP is marked YB, and the 5LP01SP is marked XB.
