I’m new here and looking for some help on these 2 components. One’s a MOSFET, the other, I believe, is some sort of power control IC. They are both off of a PSU for a PS4. I’m trying to source a digi-key part number. I have quite the stack of these PSU’s here from a bunch of repaired units and I’m at the point where I need to use them for current repairs piling up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
For the “BQ20BM” item it looks to be the RBQ20BM65AFHTL

For the DAP049 I am seeing that it is recognized online.
However I am not seeing we carry that. Also I did not see a data-sheet.
If you happen to have one we maybe able to look for a similar item.
Thanks Nathan. Yes, the part is online, but no data sheets are available anywhere. It’s an SOP14 style voltage regulator of some sort. Sony products are extremely difficult to work with when sourcing repair components. I know its a 5V system internally on the motherboard.
