Help to find a LC connector Adapter

Hello All,

Previously I am using FC-FC Simplex fiber connector (WM8679-ND). I am trying to find the similar size fiber connector in LC type. It would be really helpful if someone recommend the fiber connector with LC type that would be really helpful.
