Hello ns2_1982,

This should be a 2SC3206 transistor, but we do not carry this part number.
I also was not able to find an exact match. The closest alternate is KSC2383OTACT-ND.
These have the same pinout of Pin 1= Emitter, Pin 2= Collector, Pin 3= Base.
Please check the datasheet to verify compatibility to your application.
