For the 2298-BLR-504-ND
You would connect to each of the fuse sockets using the screw / bolt connection on the sides of the item.
As shown below. The bolt that has the nuts on them would be a common to all of the fuses in this block. The other connections this has would be for the non-common connection for each of the fuse slots.
