Hi, I’m looking to buy just a few of these diodes to repair my tape deck, but the minimum bulk quantity is way more than I need, is there an option to buy a smaller quantity like 100?

I do not see that there is an option for that exact zener with a lower minimum order quantity, but I did find the options linked HERE that may work as an alternative. Their leakage current and impedance are slightly different, but they are similar. You will want to make sure to review the documentation and specifications to ensure if they would work for your application.
