Can someone help me find those ICs, MXL7704 and DA9121?.

The MXL7704 is currently listed and returns results on the Digi-Key website.

The DA9121 is not among current listings unfortunately, though since the manufacturer is among those on the Digi-Key line card, a non-catalog order would likely be possible, though a minimum order quantity and leadtime would apply.
