Hi, I’m showing p/n MM74C923WM is obsolete. Digikey adds a -ND at the end of part. Where can this be found, and if not available, is there an alternative?

It appears that this item has been obsolete for roughly 10 years now, so I doubt that there’s much old stock floating around at this point and the prospects for direct alternatives aren’t that great either. Rochester electronics may be able to make you some, but what the minimum order quantity/lead time would be, I don’t know.
No guarantee on which manufacturer’s version you’ll get, but if a generic 74C923 will do, Jameco has some.
