I need a 4 terminal NMOS (source, gate, drain, substrate). I was super happy to find (purely by chance) a 4 terminal PMOS on DigiKey!
The Micrel MIC94050/94051 with substrate pin

Now I just need to find an NMOS which also has access to the substrate. Is there such a thing?
