I am trying to find replacement coiled microphone cable for an Icom V8000 transceiver. The original cable appears to be a 8 conductor cable, and one pair is a small audio type coaxial looking wire with a shield wire wrapped around it (not braided like actual RF coax, wrapped like what you’d see in a AV cable). It’s somewhere around three feet long in it’s relaxed condition and close to 6 feet long stretched out. Does Digikey have any cable like that or can it be ordered in short individual pieces? Or do I just need to call ICOM parts and order a cable?

Such items are a bit specialized, but what we’d have should be identifiable by looking for a “coiled” cable type in the multi-conductor cables family.
Nothing precisely matching your description, or in stock with >4 conductors. An OEM replacement might well be the shortest route to the desired end.
I called myself looking through everything I could find using the various filters and couldn’t find anything that stood out as the right cable. I was hoping maybe I just missed seeing something which is why I asked here. Apparently we came to the same conclusion. Thanks for the help Rick!
