I put it under a microscope and it says THX5011 but I can’t find this circuit even with an equivalent 
Logo appears to be for a supplier out of china called THX microelectronics, and the context would suggest that it’s an integrated flyback supply controller. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of standardization among similar products in that realm, so the likelihood of finding a workable substitute handily available in more western localities is not good.
