This fuse was used for some time in original Playstation consoles (PS1), according to board markings it could be replaced with either model number CCP2E15 or ICP-S0.7. However, it since both of these are now obsolete, replacement options are a little more scarce.
One good option is part number P16743CT-ND from Panasonic Electronic Components. It seems to be an acceptable replacement from the perspective of relevant electrical ratings, but it is much smaller than the original fuse. The length is such that it should reach the solder pads without issue, but it is much thinner and flatter than the original part numbers.
