I need help identifying the female connector used on a Motorola Impres Field Programmer cable.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

If Iā€™m reading those measurements right the housing of that connector is 82mm wide by 41mm tall by 72mm long. The part in picture does no look to be that size at all. Should there be a decimal point in those measurements?

Also the most important measurements of such a housing is the pitch which is a center to center distance of the holes where contacts are in.

Indeed the measurements are off a bit. Would bet that the connector has 2mm pitch. The exact match may be hard to find, but would recommend to try for example a Molex product as an alternative.

See the datasheet for dimensions. The contacts may not be compatible, thus one has to re-crimp them then.
