Identify part on Western Digital drive controller

Any help appreciated identifying a replacement for the component with the following markings in the picture: 47 181 92S3U D (I think. The 181 is super hard to read and could be incorrect).

It’s roughly 7mm×4mm. I can’t get any more precise than that. It’s for a 10TB Western Digital hard disk drive. I think it’s a protection diode of some sort. It has continuity in both directions and with it in circuit, the drive does not spin. With it removed, the drive does spin up (though I still can’t access data).

Thanks in advance!

Hello, dchin!

That is not a diode.
It is a Panasonic polymer aluminum capacitor, 47 µF x 20V. (EEF-CX1D470R)
It appears to be faulty.
