Welcome to the Tech Forum.
Based on the markings, it’s likely a 1K Ohm pot with 30mm of slide travel. The only one we currently have in stock which might work is the very similar looking PTL30-15A1-102B1. A major difference is that this part number has an LED in the slider and has a couple of extra pins to power that LED.
You might still be able to use it by clipping the LED leads, but you would need to carefully look at the specs and dimensions in the datasheet to verify the fit before ordering.
