need a sliding pot 500k with 45mm travel…dimensions are 73mm length x 13mm wide x 10mm high with mounting holes 65mm centre to centre…cant find anywhere…not sure how to put this in a potentiometer category

Many of the slide pots used in audio gear are custom parts with housings designed for rapid assembly by a specific assembly line into the specific custom steel housing frame. So it’s very common you won’t find an exact match for the mounting. I’ve had success using a non-custom slide pot and either creating an adapter plate or slightly modifying the steel frame to accommodate a standard part.
