I have one camera that is equipped with a Hirose HR10A-10R-10S trigger port. I would like to connect this trigger port to a standard BNC cable to carry the electrical trigger signal. I have attached one photo of my camera and the relevant page from the camera manual that specifies the required components.

Unfortunately, I do not see that we have CBL-IO-8-BNC and I have been unable to find an option that matches that description.
