Hello, I would like to inquire about the purchase of the HE2-32.

We are currently developing a ship simulator, and we are considering using this product in our system.

According to the product information, the HE2-32 model supports a USB interface.
Could you please confirm whether it supports the HID protocol?

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could inform us about the estimated delivery time.

According to HE2-32-S-A-5-BK’s datasheet its output option is USB, and USB version supports USB HID 1.1 GAME CONTROLLER protocol.
For the delivery time, I recommend you contact your local support by korea.support@digikey.com.
But as the product page says, this product will be shipped in approximately 5 days from the Marketplace suppler, and it will take normally 3-5 business days for intentional shipping.
