I am looking for an IR emitter for a for a night time surveillance camera.

Do you have any data on how many LED’s and what type of product we need to produce an emittance of a 5x5x5 metre space.

The IR wavelength would have to be in the near infrared range of within 800-950 nm.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum community.

I can’t speak for what type of IR leds would be best suited for the 5x5x5 meters area emittance but we do sell IR LEDs in that wavelength range. Check out the link here.

These are all active in stock options we have with different mounting types and either top or side view.
