And need to connect all of them temperature & humidity sensors in one display or Plc
I want all this data to be on a single screen

Depending on your exact requirements (probe size, accuracy, distance, wired/wireless, etc.) the price of an off the shelf system will range from thousands of USD to possibly over 100,000.00 USD.
