Is the part: 0031.1672 a complete fuse holder

Tech support from RS components claim that this part 0031.1672 is not a complete unit.
Can you confirm what the part is?

The datasheet says caps must be ordered separate:
FEU - Fuseholder (mouser.com)

If it is not a complete Fuse holder please specify the additional parts needed to complete it as a fuseholder.

0031.1672 does come with the fuse holder. If you look at the image below from the Datasheet on the bottom of page 3.It comes with a combination of 0031.1673 + 0031.1661.
