The junction temperatures for this product can be found on page 8 of its datasheet, here: MAX10 Datasheet. This looks to be an automotive-grade part, so the Automotive junction temperature would apply.

I am looking for the thermal resistance value associated with junction temperature, not just the max. Is there any more documentation on this part?

Hi jmcnab,

If I’m interpreting the symbols right in this table, the spec - θJB (°C/W) - would refer to junction-to-board thermal resistance.
