Laser module ( diameter < 3.3 mm , length < 11 mm , operating temp > 60°C)

Hi i am looking for a laser module that has smaller diameter than 3.3 mm and length of around 11 mm. The operating temperature for the laser should be higher than 60°C.

I am actually looking for an alternative for this laser module from Laser Components.

Hello! I know this is an old post but I was going through the forum and thought I’d address this just in case the update is useful.

I searched through our catalog, but unfortunately did not find any comparable laser modules with a 3.3mm diameter and the required temperature rating. The closest options we have at this timer are the 4mm diameter modules VLM-650-21LPT-ND and VLM-650-22LPT-ND. They would otherwise be viable options for review, however both of these fall far short of the requested 60+ C temperature rating.
