Linux on Beaglebone Black

Hi, I have some customized BB black boards s that I stripped from some Bitcoin miners made by Bitmaintech…

the boards seem to have been neutered (no USB ports, no HDMI)

I tried to install debian/ubuntu on them with no success (the boards simply refused to boot)

My main objective is to put OpenWRT on them and use them as a access point/ wireless repeater (either by soldering an USB port and connecting a USB wireless adapter or using a wireless cape

Hi @joquers, welcome to the forum.

Sadly, these “ANTMINER” boards are not compatible with the BeagleBone images, a few users over the years have tried to make them work, but with no success. While they share many of the features of the BeagleBone, they have have a different boot configuration.
