Littelfuse Part # Suffix

I would like to understand what the different suffixes mean on a page like this: https://www.digikey.com/en/products/filter/fuses/139?s=N4IgjCBcoEwAwA4FVAYygMwIYBsDOApgDQgD2UA2iAMxwAEAgiALokAOALlCAKoB2ASw4B5DAFkCWPAFcATgRABfEgFoALChDpI2fMTKVwAVhgA2Iy0VWgA

They are all base Littelfuse 0297030 , but what do the WXT, U, WXNV, etc… endings represent? Are these the same underlying part or no? Is it just a difference in the packaging like bag vs box or something? I don’t see any differences in the listed specs, just some price differences.

The package size is the quantity in the manufacture standard packaging that DigiKey receives.
