On the datasheet and Table 6.5, what is the difference between the two input offset voltage listed?
After looking at other LM139 device data-sheets it seems the fist input offset voltage would be for a TA of 25° and the second would be for the full temp range. I am not sure why Texas Instruments did not indicate that in their document.
