I’m looking for suggestions for RF transmitters with an integrated microcontroller that are extremely compact and lightweight, with a weight of less than 1g. Additionally, I need recommendations for compatible power sources that are efficient and suitable for such small devices. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am afraid you may need to disclose to forum more details about your application (frequency, protocol, TX only?, power consumption,…). Otherwise it is rather difficult to recommend anything.
Usually the heaviest component in a portable wireless gadget is the battery, thus instead of giving weight specs for the transmitter, the weight of the whole implementation (electronics, battery, case, etc.) should be considered.
