as far as 23-0009503111-ND that goes on the end of a cable,
is there one that has PCB mounts?

I did not see one in this series of parts. If you are trying to plug a board into a board we do have connectors that do that . let me know the goal and I might be able to point you in the right direction.

yes trying to create a board that goes between these two types of connectors.
