Looking for sDoc for CF4113MBT-1000U-SB9 in NZ?

The fans are mains operated and do not bare the NZ compliance label, is it possible to request Supplier Declaration of Conformity(sDoc) for this item? Since AC cables have US plugs on them also.. Has anyone here obtained or seen the sDoc for this fan, or know if supplier can provide it?
