Looking for this part and a spec sheet for it. Does anyone have any idea what it is?

It appears that it may be an RF MOSFET from Ampleon. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any information based on the marking shown.
Based on a Google search, the logo looks very much like the Marki Microwave logo.
I have not yet identified the particular product.

Thanks I have submitted a request to them to see if it is something that they manufactured.

It is something that they manufactured but the part is no longer available. I need an alternative to put in its place. Attached is the spec sheet for it I just need it in that package or a way to make it fit. Suggestions?

Hi James,
It doesn’t look good. I don’t see any similar packages, and for such products, layout is often critical to getting reasonable performance, so hacking a different package into a circuit is not likely to give good results.
In any case, just based on a first scan of the specs, here’s a link to mixers that are at least in the general ballpark.
