CBB60 refers to a series of capacitors though it’s often used by retailers as the full part number for some reason. The 4uF version is one that has been asked after before, and one of our techs has found a decent alternative for replacement. It’s a motor start/run capacitor, with 4uF capacitance, voltage rating 450VAC, polypropylene cylinder terminating in two wires.
399-13849-ND, produced by KEMET, matches the capacitance, material, form (as far as I could tell), and exceeds the voltage rating of the original by 20V. See below for visual reference.
