Can you please whether we can use this varactor at 11 GHz?
Secondly what are its parasitic inductance and resistance values at 11 GHz?

I am sending this request to the Product Specialist. It does appear you can use the varactor at the 11 GHZ as this will work up to 70 GHZ. Though it dos not list the other information in the data sheet. I will let you know when we get a response back from Macom.
