MAX32660-EVSYS Development Board Quick Start Guide

MAX32660-EVSYS Development Board Quick Start Steps

Got the development board? Follow these three steps to get started:

1. Select Target Voltage (VDD)

There is a jumper cap JP1 on the board. Insert it into the voltage pin corresponding to the power supply voltage you want to use for the evaluation board.
For example, if you want to power the board with 3.3 V, insert JP1 between the two pins marked “3.3 V”.

2. Connect to Your Computer

Take the included micro-USB data cable. Plug one end into the USB interface on the EVSYS board and the other end into the USB port of your computer.
This allows the board to be powered and enables communication between the board and the software on the computer via USB.

3. Install and Run Evaluation System Software

Follow the instructions in the “Software User Manual”. It will guide you on how to install the drivers, run sample programs, and configure various functions of the MCU (Microcontroller) through the graphical interface.

Generally, you just need to run the evaluation software on the computer, select the target VDD set on JP1 and the circuit board model (MAX32660 EVSYS), and then you can download the sample firmware to the board and start debugging.
