Mean Well Driver is humming, is that normal?

A few weeks ago I made this post: LED Driver not producing full power, please help - #4 by Bobby_2578

The company agreed to send me a replacement HLG-320H-48B, and it works, but it has a pretty audible humming noise.

Both lights are at 100% load. Is it normal for a driver to hum? The other one doesn’t hum so I hope I’m not dealing with another faulty driver.

Any insight would be much appreciated.

Hello @MustardTiger,

No I would not consider an audible hum out of one of these drivers as normal. Sounds like there may be a faulty transformer in the driver.
