Regarding DigiKey part number APM85049/41-4A-ND, is this a Mil Spec part or a commercial part number?

This is the Military, SAE AS85049 series, and the datasheet lists the manufacture part number as the Military part number. So this would be considered the military part, but it will not have any Mil-spec documentation.
