Hello @brandoncolonbc01 and welcome to the forum! Good info from heke, I’ll just follow up and point out 497-2788-5-ND as a viable option that’s currently active and in stock. The recommended options in the previous message seem to be good alternates for the TSM80N08CZ, but I think that this is closer to the original specs of the 80N08A.
In spite of the similarity in their numbering, there were some differences such as the temperature and max power rating that made me think another search was in order. As always, I recommend looking over the specs carefully before installing any replacement parts.
