MT40A1G16TB-062E IT:F TR I am searching for the Alternative with the same specifications with out changing the Temperature Timing parameters and the Without changing the PCB Design can any one suggest Drop in replacement of this IC This IC we got it as the Alternative AS4C1G16D4-062BIN But Vendor is saying that Not recommended for the New Desing. so can any one will suggest the alternative part for this MT40A1G16TB-062E IT:F TR This is very Important and urgent .
