Welcome to the Technical Forum. Well this is new Technology and right now Micron has the data for this product locked. You have to request the information from Micron to get the data on these. We do have some of the product in stock on our website at this link:

Sorry. This is something that you would have to check with Micron as this is some of the new technology and they do not have the data public at this time. I was not able to find any additional information.
