MTBF and FIT Data

Hello,

We have used ERJ-3EKF1200V for this part in our design, and I need the MTBF Report and FIT data of this part number.

I have searched in the datasheet also, but we did not get any data regarding MTBF from the datasheet.

Please provide us MTBF report of the ERJ-3EKF1200V part.
