I found it inside a blue tooth speaker that was completely funny looking and suspicious

I am sorry, we can’t really reverse engineer the function of the board based on a handful of photos. It looks like it could be a Bluetooth device, but it could also just as easily be nothing of the sort. Impossible to tell from the given images.

One might think a bluetooth speaker. The microphone is for taking hands-free phone calls, and also has memory card slot and aux input for localized audio input.

Interestingly it seems to use Nokia BL-5C battery, which is probably not sourced through official channels.
The SD-card slot suggests that the board may have voice recording and playback functionality. The PIFA (antenna) points to Bluetooth.

Definitely looks like part of an inexpensive Bluetooth speaker system
