For the first part, can you provide a picture that is further away so we can see the shape? Do you have the size of the components? These could also be voltage regulators of some kind. I can’t find any documentation online with the given markings for either part, unfortunately.

I think you are on to something with 2SD2098, this seems to be the right design and part of the number matches. We have this in stock, please note it may go obsolete soon at some point: 2SD2098T100RCT-ND. I can’t find much on the other one either.
