Need help identifying IC marking C95

Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro mainboard — HDMI input rails
I suspect this IC is an ESD protection device on the HDMI input rails. Could you please help me identify the IC/part number? Thank you.

Just check the pins of the chip:
2 - GRN (-)
5 - Vcc ( +)

I already checked:

Pin 2 = GND

Pin 3 = VCC
