I am sorry to inform you that I could not find a guide for the silver band on the 3rd bar.
I think that these are proprietary markings. You might have to contact the manufacture of your device to get more information on the resistor.

If that silver color is in fact gray that resistor might be a 20.8 Ohm 0.5% value.
I wouldn’t be able to comment on what wattage it would have.
