I need to replace the following transformer: U350C124 TKP0106-A72 2 881 TKK HO3 It is out of a Mitsubishi DA-M10 Power Level Meter.
It’s 120VAC to dual 15VAC or 30VAC CT. There is a third winding which is 7.5VAC but it’s only for the lights. It is not working so I can’t figure out the current. I have the schematic but voltages are not indicated. It is very small and I can use two separate transformers, one for the circuits and another for the lights. Thank you.
We have some transformers that looks like they’d come close, but the size is probably going to make them a non-starter. Here’s what I found.
There wasn’t anything I could find that had the three windings, so as you said it came down to one dual winding and one single winding transformer.
For 15V+15V there are a few options, though they are board mount so they have a fixed footprint. Not sure if that makes any difference for you, but I’ll link the in stock items I found here: Power Transformers (15VAC secondary), 9 Options
For the 7.5V I also found a few part numbers but they might be too large for you to use given your description. Here’s what we have available: Power Transformers (7.5VAC Secondary), 4 Options
Thanks for the quick response. Is there a way to tell from the numbers on my bad transformer as to the amps I need?
Your device is 8 Watts. You should be good to go with a 500mA transformer.
Forgive the noobiness. Can you point me to a 500mA transformer?
