The capacitors I need to replace are two SMD ceramic caps that are stacked inside a metal frame and are unique to the PCB so I cannot determine their measurements other than by physical measurements.
Try to find SMD capacitors that match the physical size, and don’t forget to double-check the voltage and capacitance ratings.
Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a search engine that allows one to find an SMD ceramic capacitor based on size. The purpose of this topic was to have someone more knowledgeable tell me which capacitor matches the physical size.

Your capacitor is a ‘Stacked J-Lead’
There is an ability to search by size, the closest options I’m seeing are 6.10mm x 5.30mm.
