Negative Gerber Layers in 4-layer PCB

Does DK Red properly interpret negative Gerber layers, or do all layers have to be positive? In Altium, the typical stack up has the top/bottom layers as positive, and the two internal layers as negative. Just wondering if I can leave them as-is, or redo the internal layers.

I saw an old post from last year on this topic, but there wasn’t any official confirmation from DigiKey:

TF.FilePolarity,Negative* When I uploaded Gerbers containing this line, the online Gerber previewer shows them as if the artwork is positive, despite the TF.FilePolarity.Negative line in the Gerber file. Will the resulting boards be fabricated to interpret this negative/positive sense correctly? Thanks,

I’ve been told by the DK Red fabricator that their system can accept negative layers like are standard for Altium.
