NorComp is an interconnect supplier with a strong business in D-sub and Centronics-style connectors, such as their 111-024-203L001 SCSI connector. We’ve had a few questions recently about whether this connector ships with the side-mounted retaining clips common to this device type, or if the clips are sold separately as our website image and NorComp’s documentation seems to indicate.
Despite the “00 = No Hardware” in the drawing, these retaining clips are considered part of the connector rather than ‘hardware’, which speaks to mounting hardware rather than retaining clips. The connector does indeed ship with these clips.
