Unfortunately there isn’t much to go by there. The part number showing on the strip HRS_SE32_20S2P_MCPCB_V3_B_L does not correspond to anything as you said. The only other way to seek a replacement is by knowing the strips specs. I tried to look for something that seems similar by the image and found
SI-B8T261560WW Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. | Optoelectronics | DigiKey
You can look through the data sheet to try and verify if that might work.
Maybe someone else can recognize it and provide more info.
