The center band frequency of RPM7138-R-ND is 37.9Khz. The receiver allow frequencies above and below this to a degree.
Since 37.9KHz is very close to 38KHz, we can narrow down the possible options for replacement to this frequency.
I found BRM-2508-ND as a possible option for your replacement part.
