Hi everyone, hope someone can help , I’m currently repairing my old Farnell DTV40 oscilloscope, and it requires a diode to start with, it is a (Hitachi i believe).. Y16GA diode, can’t find one anywhere and would be discontinued anyway, and can’t even find datasheet for it to source an equivalent, the diode is in the HT/CRT part of the circuit, would anyone know where i should start to find info and equivalent, ?, thanks in advance for any help,

You can install this diode (2CL72A) as an alternative.

Thanks so much for your help with this, i fear i’m up against it with replacement parts for this, There may well be more “discontinued parts “ i need i expect… Thanks again
